These terms govern your use of akgventures.com ("this website"), operated by M/S AKG Ventures ("AKG Ventures", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
02What this website is
This is a corporate information site. It describes who we are, what we operate, and how to reach us. It does not sell anything, take orders, process payments or arrange deliveries.
Our stores are listed on the locations page. Customers looking for products, opening hours or store contact details should visit myoctave.in, which has its own separate terms.
03Our relationship with OCTAVE
AKG Ventures is the channel partner and master franchisee for the OCTAVE brand, and owns and operates the OCTAVE stores listed on this website. The OCTAVE name, logo and brand are used by us under that arrangement with the brand owner.
OCTAVE is also operated by other, independent franchisees elsewhere in India. They are not affiliated with AKG Ventures, and nothing on this website should be read as describing their stores or as a statement made on their behalf.
04Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website current, including the store list and the figures describing our operations. It is provided for general information only and may change without notice. It is not a representation, warranty, offer, or invitation to invest.
05Enquiries
Information you email us is used to evaluate and respond to what you have raised.
