How we operate
No two catchments are the same.
We are a retail operator, not a rollout. Each store is read, built and stocked for the customers actually in front of it - and run by us, every day after opening.
The catchment
We read the location first.
Demographics, footfall, income mix, and who trades either side. The same brand performs differently two kilometres apart, so every site is assessed on its own terms before anything is committed.
The build
The store is built around it.
Format, floor plate, layout and fixtures follow the catchment rather than a rolled-out template - fitted to brand specification, with the lighting, LED displays and digital tickers that keep a floor current.
The assortment
And stocked for the region.
Categories, size curve, price bands and seasonal weighting are planned outlet by outlet against what that catchment actually buys - then adjusted through the season as the floor tells us more.
